I bought Nina from her breeder in March 2025 and she's been a lovely horse to start under saddle.

 

She's bright and responsive with plenty of natural athleticism. She will be a forward, sensitive ride.

After a few months of ground work, Nina is under saddle since May 2025. She's through the awkward "just started" stage,  quite fun to ride. Nina has a lot of power in her hind end, a great capacity to engage. We are working on flexibility and softness, developing steady slow rhythm and suppleness. 

Easy lateral work in walk and trot, starting travers/half pass and lengthen trot/canter.

 She is progressing well, is very smooth to sit and her canter is going to be amazing - cadenced and powerful.

We are hauling and riding off property, going to Working Equitation practices and generally getting exposure to the real world. Nina is very easy, she ties calmly even when the other horse is taken away and is very happy and confident about her introduction to WE obstacles and busy arenas.

I am also riding her on trails, she seems happy about it, does not spook or worry about much. She will be an incredible trail horse with more experience.
 

Nina is curious and friendly, generally cheerful about life. She's an alert horse with a lot of presence and ability, a nice mix of the QH stability and the Andalusian sensitivity. 

She lives outside in a herd and is barefoot.
