What I love about Turbo:

his willingness to work, Turbo is incredibly easy to train.

I love his big soft gaits and his playfulness in the herd.

Turbo is very cheerful and always wants to be with me.

Turbo

2021 Andalusian (S/P) gelding by Areli Xaureo

15.3 hh

Super talented, sweet, flashy young horse.

Uncompromisingly classical start under saddle: understanding, balance, strength and flexibility.

This horse has all the promise and foundation to do very well in any discipline. He is sensitive and light to the aids and tries very hard to please. He needs a rider with a clear calm mind and soft aids.

Like most Iberian horses, he looks to his rider for confidence.

* In the first year under saddle, the horse's neck is left as free as possible - to find his balance in the exercises. Priority is on developing willingness to work and vertical balance (no overloading of the front legs). The work is very precise and slow, the horse learns to follow the rider's seat under all circumstances.

** In the second year, we introduce the double bridle and focus the work on flexions, deeper level of vertical balance and flexibility.

Turbo is starting his second year of ridden work.

I bought Turbo in January 2025 and after a few months of groundwork started him under saddle.

He has a basic dressage education: all lateral work in walk and trot, counter canter. Schooling medium gaits, walk/canter transitions and lateral work in the canter. Snaffle or double bridle.
We spent most of this winter out on trails: he goes alone or with other horses, he's uncomplicated and safe.

Turbo hauls and ties well, he's easy off property.

Introducing Working Equitation obstacles - he trusts and listens to me, no hesitation. Preparing L4.

Barefoot, lives outside in a herd, he is sound and healthy, full of life.
